• CHOF provides state, national and international – awareness, education, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research and advocacy of osteoporosis – without charge. Tax-deductible donations, grants, gifts of assets and other contributions make it possible for us to continue our programs.

• To fulfill our mission, we rely on the compassion and generosity of individuals and volunteer support groups, as well as grants from corporations and foundations. All donations are non-refundable and 100% tax-deductible for those in the US. You must be 18 or over with valid credit card to donate via this website.
